At PLENTY, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
